Who am i?

Hey! I'm Nahue, pronounced nays.

I've been fascinated by computers since I was a kid. At 10, I was already taking computers apart, messing with hardware, and writing software. At 16, I sold my first piece of software for a lifetime gym membership.

I love creating things and bringing ideas into the real world. I'm obsessed with the feeling of being new at something, learning it, and eventually making something meaningful with it.

After years of freelancing, I wanted to build things with more impact. I always liked this idea: there's a limit to what you can do alone, but no limit when you find the right team.

That search led me to Paisanos, the best team I could have asked for.

Today, I'm CTO at Paisanos, where I lead our engineering vision and build incredible things with technology.

I also love cats, reading, making music, exploring new stuff, and lifting heavy things.

Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

WHAT I MAKE?

• Delivered 40+ digital products across Fintech, Insurtech, Healthtech, Agrotech, Web3, AI-driven solutions and many more.
• Worked with established companies like Modo, Claro, Grido, Linde, Boca Juniors, and LOTS of startups.
• Built and scaled an amazing engineering team from 3 to 30+ engineers, maintaining high eNPS, low turnover, and strong ownership and delivery capabilities.
• Created a fashion brand, Shippers District, bringing tech/design/product and our ecosystem into fashion. NOT MERCH
• Created and helped build high-revenue services alongside the leaders of different teams.
• Actively involved in sales, helping close high-revenue deals.
• Continuously evolving product and engineering processes and culture to optimize outputs and maximize impact.
• Regularly speak at events and mentor tech and product leaders, sharing insights on AI, software engineering/architecture, and team leadership.
